Mayfield, Utah - Our kind and beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister, Loura JoAnn White Lambertsen, age 68, died February 23, 2008 at her home in Mayfield. She was born March 22, 1939 in Richfield, Utah, a daughter of Max G. and Loura Roien Curtis White. She married Max Phil Lambertsen, March 29, 1957 in the Manti LDS Temple. JoAnn graduated from Richfield High School, Class of 1957. She was active in the LDS Church, serving as a Primary Teacher, Visiting Teacher and Road Show Drama Director for 17 years. She was a member of the Lions Club and enjoyed fishing, horse riding, quilting, crocheting, and canning fruits and vegetables. JoAnn is survived by her father, Max White of Richfield; her husband, Max Lambertsen of Mayfield; children: Bryan and Laura Lambertsen of Salina; David and Stephanie Lambertsen of Centerfield; Phil and Stacey Lambertsen of Delta; Penny and Dave Jones of El Paso, Texas; Loura and Richard Martin of Santaquin; Lillie and Richard Knight, and Paul Lambertsen, all of Gilbert, Arizona; 37 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Don White of Salina; Lois Jean and Bob Larsen of Orem; Billy and Kaye White, Doug and Peggy White, all of Richfield; Judy Drew of Phoenix, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her mother, Roien White; brothers-in-law: Blake Ogden and Ken Drew; and a grandson, Kyle Martin. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at 12 Noon in the Mayfield LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call for viewing Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. or Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield, Salina and Gunnison, Utah.
