Marceen Louise Herring

Grand Junction, CO/Monroe, Utah - Marceen Louise Herring was born April 6, 1962 in Salt Lake City, Utah a daughter of Jerry J and Shirley Ann Humes Mecham. She passed away January 2, 2016 at her home in Grand Junction, Colorado. Marceen lived many places, but for much of her life, she called Sevier Valley her home. Marceen had the most beautiful caring spirit. She was lighthearted and most of all, fun to be around. She worked for many years as a CNR before retiring in Colorado. She loved the outdoors, camping, hiking, fishing and above all, her family and friends. She will be greatly missed. Marceen is survived by her children: Shari Ann Arms, Eddy Dean and Delilah Falkner; Christy Lee and Jan Falkner; grandchildren: Kayly Yvonne Arms; Sydnee Shaleese Arms; James Edward Arms; Damian Lowl Falkner; Mariah Cyrin Falkner; Alexander Michael Falkner; Makayla Corin Falkner; Dakota Dean Jacobson; Autumn Lee Jacobson; and Lukas Jae Verhaeren; her siblings: Sherena Lee and Bill Sattley; Michael J Mecham; Sharla Lynn and Dallas Mecham. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her companion, Daniel Land. Grave side services will be held Friday, January 8, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. in the Monroe City Cemetery. Friends may call for viewing at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Richfield, Thursday evening from 6 to 7 P.M. or Friday morning from 11:30 to 12:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Monroe City Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
