Olivia Joi Clark (41) left this world suddenly on Oct. 14, 2018. She was born January 8, 1977, first child of Freeland Allyn Daubin III and Sandra Ann Walsh of West Jordan, Utah. She graduated from West Jordan High School and later continued her education at various universities. Olivia was called to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Little Rock, Arkansas. After her mission, Olivia graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies. In 2008, working as a yoga instructor in Salt Lake City, she met her husband while grocery shopping at Smith’s on 9th and 9th. Olivia married Cody Dennis Clark of Plain City, Utah in the Salt Lake Temple on March 28, 2009. The couple relocated to Mesa, Arizona in 2010 perusing Cody’s career with the U.S. Forest Service. On November 10, 2010 Olivia entered motherhood with her first son Cody James (CJ) Clark. In 2011 the couple relocated to their current residence in Teasdale, Utah. On April 24, 2012 Olivia blessed the world with a second son Joe Garrett Clark. On July 3, 2016 Olivia left her final gift to the earth, a son, Cal Sonny Clark. Olivia nurtured a close relationship with her Savior. She served in the Primary and Relief Society of her local congregation. Olivia was a friend to everyone and taught many community yoga classes. She loved good food, good books and good company. For the last 11 years, Olivia has been dedicated solely to raising good men. She is a fierce mother and a loving wife. Her greatest gift to this earth is the men she leaves behind. She is survived by her husband and three sons. She is also survived by her father, mother, brother (Joshua Henry Daubin of West Jordan), and sister (Jessica Janet Daubin of West Jordan). She leaves behind many friends, family members, and a community that loves her. Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Saints in Torrey, Utah (89 E. Main St. Torrey, Utah) on Monday October 22, 2018. Visitation for family and friends 11:00 – 12:30. Services begin at 1:00. Interment following services at Teasdale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, do something nice for someone.
