Shawn Lee Jolley

Salina, Utah - Shawn Lee Jolley, age 23, of Salina, passed away November 15, 2006 at his home. He was our beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle, cousin and nephew. Shawn was born September 27, 1983 in Richfield, Utah, a son of Gregory Lee and Dana Lyn Olsen Jolley. He had many valued friends who he care about very deeply. Our loving son brought a lot of joy to us and everyone who knew him. Shawn was an inspiration to everyone around him. He had many talents, but was an outstanding guitar player. He loved the out doors, hunting, camping and fishing. We will all have many cherished memories of the times we were fortunate enough to spend with him. He will be missed deeply. We love you, Shawn. He is survived by his loving father, Gregory Jolley of Salina; his loving mother, Dana and Stephen Sorensen of Sigurd; his sister, Heather Jolley of Salina; grandparents: Dee Wayne and Bette Jolley of Salina; two nieces and 1 nephew that he cherished and will miss him deeply. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, JoAnn Edwards and Frank Leon Olsen. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 20, 2006 at 12 Noon in the Salina LDS Stake Center, 98 West 400 North in Salina. Friends may call for viewing at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Salina, Sunday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. or at the Stake Center, Monday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Pioneer Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield, Salina and Gunnison, Utah.
