Salina, Utah - Our beloved father, grandfather and brother, Thomas Wade Woodside, "Lil Woody" age 55, died April 18, 2014 in Orem, Utah, of a massive heart attack. He was born July 20, 1958 in Gunnison, Utah, a son of Charles Ludora and RaeDean Jensen Woodside. He married Vicky Sue Duffin, September 25, 1982 in Salina, Utah. They were later divorced. "Lil Woody" enjoyed playing darts, fishing, building barn wood furniture, making wizards, pilfering, collecting stuff, but most of all he loved gardening, yard work and making his yard beautiful. Woody was very talented and was loved by tons of folks. He is survived by his children: Natasha Woodside of Salina; Josh Woodside of Las Vegas, Nevada; five grandchildren: Domonique Woodside, Shelbie Woodside, Shawnee Mendez-Woodside, Jemma Woodside and Abel Mendez-Woodside; brothers and sisters: Charles Ray "Woody" and Debbie Woodside of Salina; Warren and Betty Woodside of Manti; Nancy and Jim Jacobson of Moroni; Sharl and Allen Karf of Salt Lake City. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Ludora and RaeDean J. Woodside; his grandparents: Richard Ray and Mary Kay Peterson Jensen; Charles S. and Rate Louise Myers Woodside. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Zion's Bank in the name of Thomas W. Woodside. Grave side services will be held Friday, April 25, 2014 at 12 Noon in the Salina Pioneer Cemetery. Friends may call for viewing at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Salina, Thursday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. or Friday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Pioneer Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
