Amelia Peterson

Salina, Utah - Our beloved baby daughter, Amelia Claudette Heidi Peterson, age 2, of Salina, died November 5, 2009 of complications from a drowning accident this past summer. She was born June 5, 2007 in Gunnison, Utah, a daughter of Michael Lyn Peterson and Melissa Claudette Holdaway Hansen. She is survived by her parents of Salina; brother and sister: Malaki Vore and Daisy Peterson, both of Salina; her grandparents: Sandra and Jimmy Hansen of Salina; Kelley and Flo Holdaway of Beaver; Chris and Geraldine Peterson of Salina; her great-grandparents: Hyrum and Betty Luke of Venice; Claudette and Max Peterson of Redmond; Diana and Farren Christensen of Aurora; Rodney and Lori Hansen of Elsinore; Ora Holdaway of Beaver; Ivan and Phyllis Holdaway, Sherman and Lynn Baldwin, all of Nevada. She is preceded in death by her great-grandpa's: Jerry L. Payne and Glenn George Peterson; a great-grandma: Carma Perkins; an aunt, Tawna Michele Peterson; and a cousin, Levi Jamal Hansen. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at 12 Noon in the Salina 3rd LDS Ward Chapel, 85 South 100 East, where friends may call for viewing Wednesday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Aurora City Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
