Art Weston

Salina, Utah - Our beloved son, father, grandfather, nephew, cousin, and friend Arthur Gene Weston, age 62, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021, in Richfield, Utah. Art was born March 31, 1959 in Portland, Oregon, a son of Eugene Alfred Weston, and Vaughna Rae Nay Grubbs. He grew up in Salina and attended North Sevier High School. He was a handsome boy who had lots of energy and was full of fun. Growing up he loved to go hunting and fishing with his grandpa. He was his mothers only child and the light of her life. He was cared for by both his mother and grandmother and was a source of great joy for them both. Art had five children: Kimber, Gary, Ben, Amber, and Milo. He was able to help raise Kimber which meant a lot to him. He didn’t see his other children nearly as much as he’d like, but he always loved them and wished life was different. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time in the outdoors. He liked movies and T.V., and he loved spending time with his friends. He had a happy disposition that was infectious to those around him. He will be missed. Art is survived by his five children, numerous grandchildren, and his mother Vaughna Grubbs of Salina. He was preceded in death by his father, and beloved grandparents Milo and Wilda Nay. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. in the Salina Creek LDS Ward Chapel, 87 South 100 East in Salina under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
