Blaine Roberts

Richfield, Utah - Ricky Blaine Roberts, beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend, passed away April 2, 2008 at the age of 59 in Murray, Utah. He was born on Nov 26, 1948 in Ogden, Utah, a son of DeLoy and Phyllis Hansen Roberts. He married Peggy Ann Ficklin, January 8, 1966 in Salina, Utah. She died March 17, 1993. He married Nalin Despain, December 6, 1998 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was an outdoorsmen, and loved hunting, and fishing with his grandchildren. He was a member of the Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife Nalin Roberts of Magna Utah; Children: Dave and Roxanne Merchant, of Herriman Utah; Troy Dee Roberts of Magna, Utah; stepchildren: Mark E. Dana and Chrystal Dana, both of St. George, Utah; grandchildren: Nick and Doc Merchant of Herriman, Utah; Mariah Ray Roberts of Provo, Utah; Blaine Troy Dee Roberts of Magna, Utah. Siblings: Ray and Sheri Roberts of Salina, Utah; Linda Helms of Alabama. Nieces: Heidi, Trinity, and Tristen Dean of Salina, Utah. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brothers Larry, Con, Roy, Jim, and Bud Roberts. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 5, 2008 at the Richfield City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made at Cypress Credit Union, in the name of Nalin Roberts.
