Boyd Goble

Gunnison, Utah - Boyd Earl Goble, age 66, of Gunnison, died Sunday, December 26, 2004 at his home in Gunnison. He was born July 25, 1938 in Nephi, Utah, a son of Boyd Vance and Ruth Draper Goble. He married Margaret Johnson, September 20, 1958 in the Manti LDS Temple. Boyd was a retired music teacher and the owner of the Goble Seed Company in Gunnison. He was an active member of the LDS Church. He is survived by his wife of Gunnison; children: Jeffrey and Tammy Goble,Johnny and Jodi Goble, all of Gunnison, Jimmy and Cass Goble of Richfield; Laurie and Jeff Morrison of Payson; 28 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; sister: Dorthy Beck. He was preceded in death by 1 brother: Alan Goble. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 31, 2004 at 12:00 Noon in the Gunnison LDS Stake Center, where friends may call for viewing Thursday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. and again Friday morning from 10:00 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Gunnison City Cemetery under the direction of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield, Salina and Gunnison, Utah.
