Brice A Poulson

Salina, Utah - Brice Albert Poulson passed from this life on Thursday, September 24, 2020 from natural causes at the age of 89. Brice was born February 14, 1931 in Salina Utah to Albert and Millre Poulson of Redmond, Utah. Brice married Bonnie Peterson from Centerfield, but later divorced. Brice was preceded in death by his parents Albert and Millre Poulson, sister and brother-in-law Verle and Wayne Peterson, sister and brother-in-law Venna and Bryce Johnson, brother and sister-in-law Willis and Marjorie Poulson, Infant sister, and great grandson Kort Ryan Poulson. Brice is survived by his two children, daughter Loni and son-in-law Derrel Curtis, and son Kenny and daughter-in-law Deborah Poulson, 7 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Brice grew up in Redmond, Utah and graduated from North Sevier High School. He attended and graduated from Southern Utah State College, Cedar City, and Utah State University Logan. He served in the US Army, where he spent two years in Germany during the Korean war as a first Lieutenant. Brice returned home to Redmond, Utah to raise his family and work with his father and brother in the Albert Poulson and Sons Salt Mine from 1956 to 1978. Brice also worked for Wheeler Machinery (diesel mechanic) and IBEW (installing high tension powerlines). Brice‘s favorite hobby was fishing for Mack at Fishlake and hunting for deer in Loafers on the West Mountain. He loved to work on and repair anything (he was going to make it better than original)?? We would like to thank all that attended to Brice in these last few months, notably the nurses at Hospice in Salina, those that serve at the senior citizens with meals and rides in Salina, and the doctors that attend a to him. We would also like to thank all the friends and family that have expressed condolence. There will be a private grave side service for the immediate family at a late date. Services under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Homes of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
