Charlotte Marie Rowe

Elsinore, Utah - Charlotte Marie Sandbeck Rowe, age 68, passed away at Sevier Valley Hospital March 15, 2019. She was born September 6, 1951 in Winnemucca, Nevada, a daughter of Arnold William and Lillie Marie Ellis Sandbeck. She married Sherril Keith Wayman December 5, 1969 in American Fork, Utah. They were later divorced. She married Kevin Claude Rowe August 28, 1996 in Springville, Utah. Charlotte attended Lehi High School where she graduated in 1969. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Charlotte enjoyed camping. She liked to garden. She sewed as well as crocheted. She would crochet dish scrubbies, afghans, stuffed bears and animals, and other cuddly toys for all of the kids. She enjoyed doing anything she could to make someone smile. She also enjoyed yard sales, collecting movies, reading books, and doing genealogy work on her family. She was a caring and thoughtful person who would call her family and friends just to check on them and see how they are doing. She will be greatly missed. Charlotte is survived by her loving significant other, Kevin C. Rowe of Elsinore; her four children: Anna Demine of Elsinore; Coe and Emily Wayman of Elsinore; Arnold Wayman of Washington; Hope and Gary Nelson of Washington; 15 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sisters: Becky and Juan Baily of Manti; Elaine and Merlin Bracken of Richfield; brother: Arnold and Dee Sandbeck of Tucson, Arizona. She is preceded in death by three granddaughters: Aurora Wayman; Klea Lillian Star Wayman; Aspen Rose Herbert. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at !2:00 Noon in the Springer Turner Funeral Home Chapel, 260 N 400 W in Richfield. Services will be under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina.
