Claudia Scully

Mountain View, California – Our kind and beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt, sister and friend, Claudia Dawn Cuff Scully, age 71, passed away on July 5, 2020 at her home in Mountain View, California. Claudia was born on February 23, 1949 in Los Angeles, California to Champ Thompson Cuff and Mary Dawn Warner. She graduated from Arcadia High School. She continued her education later in life and graduated with Bachelors of Science from San Jose State University in 1992. In 1969 she married Vaughn Steele Henrie in Panguitch, Utah and gave birth to a son, Tyson. They later divorced. In 1984 she married Michael Patrick Scully in Big Basin Redwood Grove, California. They remained devoted to each other until Michael’s passing in October of 2018. Claudia was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and a member of the Relief Society. She was creative and enjoyed crafts and painting. She loved her family and they shared many fond memories together. She will be missed, and they look forward to being with her again. Claudia is survived by her son: Tyson (Kimberly) Henrie; grandsons: Everett and Kellan Henrie; sisters: Wendy (Bruce) Darrington; Pamela (Richard) Hartley; brother: Steven (Lynn) Cuff. Claudia is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Scully. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM in the Richfield Cemetery on July 9, 2020 under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Homes in Richfield and Salina, Utah.
