Dale R. Lee

Centerfield, Utah - Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, Dale Richard Lee, age 65, passed away October 5, 2021 in Gunnison, Utah, of complications from COVID-19. He was born November 16, 1955 in Torrance, California, a son of Eddie Melvin and Anna Talbot Lee. Dale met his future wife, Vonita Irene Woolsey, when they were 13 years old. They were married five years later, July 16, 1974 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Their marriage was solemnized in the Provo LDS Temple December 4, 1982. Dale loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, riding side by sides and being with his family and friends. He loved his kids, grandkids and great-granddaughter. He will be greatly missed. Dale is survived by his beloved wife Vonita of Centerfield; children: Dale Richard and Silver Lee Jr. of Manti; Maryann Melissa Lee of Centerfield; grandchildren: Ryan Dale and Sierra Lee of Centerfield; Travis Mark Lee of Manti; Connor Richard Lee of Colorado; Trinity Angel Lee, Rider Steve Lee and Regina Isabella Lee, all of Manti; great-granddaughter, Everleigh May Lee of Gunnison; siblings: Lorna Caldwell, Dixie Keisel, Eddie Lee, Scott Lee, Roy Lee, James Lee. Lisa Lasao and Daren Farr. He is preceded in death by his father, Eddie Melvin Lee; his mother, Anna Clayton; a son, Lloyd Seth Lee; a grandson, Steven Kenneth Lee and a brother, Alford Taylor Lee. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. in the Centerfield 2nd LDS Ward Chapel, 210 South Main Street, where friends may call for viewing Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. or Tuesday morning from 9:00 to 10:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Centerfield Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
