Dallas A. Brown

May 7, 1987 — November 25, 2007

Loa, Utah - On Sunday, November 25, 2007, our "Doogan" returned to his loving Heavenly Father after a tragic car accident. Dallas was born May 7, 1987 in Richfield, Utah, to Ellis Roger and Kori Lynn Gagon Brown. He was the 2nd of three boys and will be dearly missed by his brothers. Dallas or better known as "Doogan", spent his life in Wayne County, riding 4-wheelers, playing baseball, hunting, fishing and camping with all of his family. While at Wayne High school, he participated in track, basketball and was a member of the State Championship Baseball Team, a treasured memory he often talked about. He graduated from Wayne High School with high hopes and dreams. He was a talented young man and enjoyed working in the construction business with his family and co-workers. "Doogan" was the type of person you’d meet on the street and instantly you were friends. People often said his heart was as big as his smile. He was known for his unconditional love and compassion - - a lesson he has taught us all this week. "Doogan" lived life to the fullest and never held back. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his parents, two brothers: Jeffrey and Kelton Brown, all of Loa; grandparents: Arlen and Lorna Brown of Loa; Sherri Behunin of St. George; Ray Gagon of Citrus Heights, CA; aunts and uncles: Nykele and Dennis Leavitt of St. George; Jeremy and Dawn Gagon of Fishtail, MT; Arla Mae and Duane Jensen of Roosevelt; Albert and Jan Brown, Michael and Becky Brown, all of Loa; and numerous cousins. The family would like to thank the ER Staff at Central Valley Hospital for their kindness and compassion, as well as all of the family and friends who have rallied around us this week. Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 29, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. in the Loa LDS Stake Center. Friends may call for viewing at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Richfield, Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. or at the Stake Center in Loa, Thursday morning from 10:00 to12:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Loa Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield, Salina and Gunnison, Utah.
