Daniel W. Cook

Richfield, Utah - Daniel Wallace Cook, age 42 of Richfield, passed away June 23, 2014, in Richfield of a massive heart attack. He was born May 1, 1972, in Murray, Utah, a son of Donald Levi and Coralynn Sterling Cook. Daniel attended West High School in Salt Lake City, graduating in 1990. He married Terra Lyn Roberts April 17, 1997, in Las Vegas, they divorced in March 2012. He enjoyed camping, hunting, four-wheeling with his girls and welding. Daniel is survived by daughters: Kasidee Cook, Richfield; Taylor Cook; Madysun Cook; Victoryia Cook, all Taylorsville; mother, Coralynn Green, Riverton; brother, Russell and JoAnn Cook, Salt Lake City; sister, Karen and Ronnie Lewis, Evanston, Wyo. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Delmar and Coral Sterling; grandmother, Wanda Fay Cook; and grandfather-in-law, Ray Roberts. A viewing will be held Friday, June 27, from 6 to 8 p.m., at Springer Turner Funeral Home, 260 North 400 West in Richfield, with graveside services Saturday, June 28, at 10 a.m., in the Loa Cemetery.
