Danny F. Robb

Nephi, Utah - Danny Freal Robb age 69, of Nephi, passed away October 7, 2021 in Salt Lake City, from COVID-19 Pneumonia. He was born August 16, 1952 in Cedar City, a son of Albert Eugene and Ranee Stratton Robb. Danny grew up in Kearns and Paragonah Utah graduating from Parowan High school, Class of 1970. He married Myrna Lee Hermansen of Parowan Utah May of 1973 in Parowan. Danny was a mountain man. He loved the outdoors where he was an avid hunter, trapper, and fisherman. It was his greatest joy, aside from his sweetheart and children. He spent his younger adult years in the military raising his family in Alaska. It was his dream come true. Years later, he moved his family to Utah, where he grew up, to be closer to family and start a new chapter and adventure in restaurant ownership. Utah was always his home where he could still enjoy the outdoor activities he loved and he certainly did. Even recently, serving as an active member of the Utah Trappers Association with his brother. Danny will always be remembered for his selfless acts of service, thoughtfulness, kindness, his quiet presence, and how much he loved to joke and harass the ones he loved. Danny spent many years caring for his wife, Myrna, who had health problems. He was a selfless, caring, loving partner to his girl. And when she died in 2012, a part of him went with her. They were sealed in the Oquirrh Mountain LDS Temple in 2014, so they could be together for eternity. He is with her now. We all miss you dearly, Danny! And this world will never be the same without you. We will love you, always. Danny is survived by his children: Camesha and Bryan Hart, Daman and Robin Robb, all of Portland, Teresa Robb of Tacoma, Washington, Jason and Tiffany Robb of Nephi; 11 grandchildren; his mother, Ranee Robb of Nephi and two siblings, Albert and Karin Robb of Nephi and Becki Kirkham of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is preceded in death by his father, Albert Eugene Robb and his beloved wife, Myrna. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. in the Springer Turner Funeral Home Chapel, 260 North 400 West in Richfield, where friends may call for viewing from 12:30 to 1:30 prior to the services. Burial with military honors accorded by the VFW Sevier Post #5050 and the Utah Honor Guard will be in the Richfield City Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
