Deanna R. Holdaway

Richfield, Utah - Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Deanna Rae Holdaway, age 77, of Richfield, passed away July 9, 2018 in Richfield. She was born June 24, 1941 in Stockton, California, a daughter of Orville and Opal Divily Doescher. She graduated from Santa Barbara High School, Class of 1958 and then attended Santa Barbara Jr. College. She married Gary Holdaway June 24, 1961 in Santa Barbara, California. Deanna enjoyed gardening and knitting, but most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her family. Deanna is survived by her beloved husband, Gary, of Richfield; her daughter, Jill Holdaway of Richfield; grandchildren: Cameron Holdaway of Richfield; Larry Bianes of Grover Beach, California; Summer Vonashek of Richfield; Brittany and Josh Hallows of Salina; great-grandchildren: Zion Hallows, Harrison Hallows, Ava Bianes and Larry Bianes. She is also survived by an Aunt, Grace Obenauer of Seal Beach, California. She is preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Opal; and a daughter, Julie Holdaway. Graveside services will be held Friday, July 13, 2018 at 12 Noon in the Glenwood Cemetery. Friends may call for viewing at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Richfield Friday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Glenwood Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
