Don Wilkerson

Elsinore, Utah - Donald Anderson Wilkerson, age 70, died suddenly and very unexpectedly, April 8, 2011 at his home in Elsinore. He was born February 16, 1941 in Los Angeles, California, a son of Clarence and Mary Scesca Wilkerson. He graduated from Montebello High school, Class of 1959. He married Marla Lippincott, December 5, 1993 in Norwalk, California. Don was a brick layer and after his retirement in 2006 from the brick layers union, he and Marla moved to Elsinore. Don enjoyed his final years in the country, doing what he loved most, living the country life!!! He enjoyed gardening, fishing, landscaping, farming and horses. He is survived by his wife of Elsinore; daughters: Shelly Ownes of Canon City, Colorado; Donna Wilkerson of El Monte, California; Dana Cazenave of Yakima, Washington; Kelly Ligon of Grover Beach, California; 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a borther, Wayne Wilkerson. At his request, his remains have been cremated. A family memorial service will be held at the family home in Elsinore in June.
