Emma Sue Lloyd

Elsinore, Utah - Emma Sue Zarlington Lloyd, age 71, passed away at her home in Elsinore on May 18, 2015. She was born October 17, 1943 in Indianapolis, Indiana, a daughter of Howard and Thelma Sprouls Zarlington. Her last marriage was to Leslie Lloyd on August 4, 1996 in Marysvale, Utah. Leslie passed away March 26, 2007. Sue lived simply and quietly. She had enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time exploring desert lands until her health limited her activity in later years. Loss of mobility kept her from many pursuits, but she stayed as busy as she could. She sewed for friends and made most of her own wardrobe. Always a creative cook, she was happy in the kitchen, baking bread regularly and making a variety of candies to share, especially at holidays. Formerly raising Yorkshire Terriers, Sue shared her home with many canine companions over the years. She cherished her friends (both dog and human) and was happiest in her last years with a simple visit and conversation. As per her request, her remains have been cremated and will be scattered over the desert lands that she so loved exploring.
