Garry Lee Rocheford

Monroe, Utah - Our kind and caring husband, father, grandfather and son, Garry Lee Rocheford, age 70, died suddenly and very unexpectedly on Friday, May 4, 2012 at his home in Monroe. He was born December 1, 1941 in Robinsdale, Minnesota, a son of Louis Walter and Faith Cartwright Rocheford. He graduated from Elcelsior High School in Norwalk, California, Class of 1959. He served his country in the Marine Corp. Garry married the love of his life, Pamela Sue Rohlfing, November 21, 1964 in Norwalk. Garry enjoyed hunting, golfing, gardening, the outdoors and working with his hands. He built their home in Monroe. He is survived by his wife of Monroe; two sons and their wives: Jeffrey and Lana Rocheford of San Leandro, California; Ross and Sarah Rocheford of Fullerton, California; five grandchildren: Tanya, Mark, Heather, Noah and Nathan; his mother, Faith Wood of Monroe. He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Walter Rocheford; and a brother, Tom Rocheford. At his request, his remains have been cremated and memorial services will be held at a later date under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
