Geneal Sampson Bean

Koosharem, Utah - In loving memory of our Dear Genie Bean. She returned home to her Father in Heaven, December 22, 2010. She was born January 23, 1926 in Delta, Utah, a daughter of George Alma and Irene Lloyd Sampson. She married Richard Ball Bean, January 1, 1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. Genie was a friend to everyone she met. She had a great love for her family and friends. In her younger years, she enjoyed golfing and bowling. Genie and Dick lived in Koosharem, Utah for the last 20 + years and have made friendships there, that they will cherish forever. She is survived by her eternal companion of 66 years, Richard B. Bean; her children: Leslie Mascaro, Richard Leland and Dottie Bean, Thomas and Navine Bean; 7 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters: Don Sampson; Jim Sampson, Ken Sampson; Helen Anderson, Delma Burke and Donna Fae Prince. All of us love you so much, Genie, and look forward to the day when we will meet again in Heaven. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at 12 Noon in the Koosharem LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call for viewing Tuesday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 prior to the services.
