Hal Hatch

Richfield, Utah - Lorin Hal Hatch, age 71, of Richfield passed away November 9, 2015 in Richfield. He was born September 25, 1944 in Salina, a son of Lorin ElRoy and Thelma Virginia Smith Hatch. He graduated from Richfield High School, Class of 1962. He served in the United States Army during the Viet Nam Conflict. Hal worked construction and has lived in Richfield, off and on over the past 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, wood working and playing Snooker. He was a member of the LDS Church. He is survived by his daughter, Tonia and Michael Johnson of Sundance, Wyoming; 4 grandchildren: Jessie, Michelle, Cortney and Natalie Johnson; 1 great-granddaughter: Abigail Johnson; sisters and brother: DonnaLee Lewis of Syracuse; Evelyn Vail of Clinton; Sheryl and Vonell Hatch of Farmington. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers: Reldon ElRoy Hatch and Shelby Wayne Hatch. Grave side services with military honors accorded by the Harold Brown American Legion Post #92 and the Utah Honor Guard will be held Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. in the Koosharem Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
