Harold Charles Lumley

Harold Charles Lumley, age 70, passed away May 12, 2019 in Salt Lake City, Utah of cancer. He was born February 6, 1949 in Albany, New York, a son of William and Bernice Whitney. He was adopted at the age of 12 by his adoptive parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lumley. He married Shelley Eastmond. They later divorced. He served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1971. He received various metals including: 3 Bronze Stars, Gallantry Cross with Palm, Expert with the Rifle Bar, National Defense Service Medal and Marksman with Rifle Bar. He retired after many years of working. Harold enjoyed the outdoors, walking, gardening, electronics and woodworking. He is preceded in death by his parents; his adoptive parents; and a brother: William Whitney Lumley. Graveside services with military honors will be held on Friday, June 14, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the Utah Veterans Cemetery and Memorial Park, 17111 South Camp Williams Road in Bluffdale, Utah under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
