Ilene Ann Knudson

Our kind and beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, Ilene Ann Brunson Knudson, age 60, passed away November 4, 2017 at her home in Richfield. She was born May 20, 1957 in Englewood, California, a daughter of Layton Earl and Margie Cox Brunson. She graduated from valley High School in 1976. She married Steve Knudson in 1979 in California. They were later divorced. Ilene was a member of the LDS Church. She loved being a Nana, taking grandkids to the park, collecting Elvis and teddy bears and drawing. She loved animals. She will be greatly missed. Ilene is survived by her children: Tammy and Steven Walser of Richfield; Crystal Knudson of Riverside, California; 4 grandchildren: Leela Walser, Braxton Walser, Raelynn Walser and Gracie Walser, all of Richfield; sisters and brothers: Christine Tucker and Nathan Brunson, both of Aurora; Lorena and Robert Cantillo of Riverside, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, Layton and Margie Brunson; a sister, Lynette Houston and a brother Lee Earl Brunson. At her request, cremations services have taken place and burial will be at a later date under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
