Inez Larsen Criswell

Salina, Utah - Our beloved Aunt Inez Larsen Criswell, age 90, of Salina, was reunited with her beloved husband Richard, on Monday, June 21, 2010 in Centerfield, Utah. She was born December 29, 1919 in Emery, Utah, a daughter of Oscar Benjamin and Laura Caroline Burr Larsen. She graduated from North Sevier High School, Class of 1938. She married the love of her life, James Richard Criswell, December 21, 1939 in Richfield, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple, January 25, 1964. He died March 23, 1988. She was an active member of the LDS Church, serving as a Sunbeam Primary Teacher, in the Relief Society Presidency and she worked as an ordinance worker in the Manti LDS Temple. Aunt Inez enjoyed embroidery work and genealogy. She is survived by her nieces and nephews: Michael Scott and Eileen Larsen of Payson; Yvonne Larsen of Salina; Venise and Troy Knadle of North Ogden; Mark Wayne and Cindy Larsen of Paige, Arizona; Donna Lee Rodman, Linda and Terron Crane, all of Salina; Rex and Terri Larsen of California; Ted and Lillian Jolley of Venice; Richard and Kaye Crane of Manti; Amber and Richard Curtis of Aurora; Terrill and Suzanne Larsen, Diane Oldroyd, Jeanie and Tommy Peterson, all of West Valley City. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; sisters and brothers: Thelma Jolley; Otis Larsen; Marsell Larsen; Erma Larsen; Bud Larsen; Haze Bennie Larsen and twin sisters Laura and Amelia Larsen, that all died in infancy. Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 28, 2010 at 12 Noon in the Salina LDS Stake Center, 98 West 400 North in Salina. Friends may call for viewing at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Salina, Sunday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. or at the Stake Center, Monday morning from 10:00 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Salina Pioneer Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
