Jack Thomas Owens

Circleville, Utah - Jack Thomas Owens, returned home to his two siblings, many grandparents and God. Jack is named after his great-great-grandpa Thomas Gonzales.
Our sweet Jack left this world as perfect as he entered it at 1.7 pounds and 7.5 inches. Jack was diagnosed with Trisomy 13 at 20 weeks gestation. He was born and died November 1, 2023, in St. George, Utah, a son of Johnny Joseph Martin and Faith Marie Fullmer Owens.
He is survived by his parents: Johnny and Faith Owens, his brother: Johnny Watson Owens, grandparents: Paula and Roger Fullmer, all of Circleville; Charmaine Owens of Henderson, Nevada; John Nunez of Hawthorne, California; great-grandparents: Beannie and Ed Owens of Henderson, Nevada; George Klipper of Ogden, Utah; 7 aunts and 7 uncles, 5 great-aunts and 2 great-uncles, and numerous cousins.
He is proceeded in death by two infant siblings; and great-great-grandma and grandpa Gonzales; Grandma and Grandpa Owens; Grandpa White; Grandma Klipper; Grandma and Grandpa Fullmer.
His memory will live on in our hearts for eternity. Until we meet again, sweet baby Jack.
