Jackie G. Warren

Annabella, Utah - Jackie Ann Gentry Day Warren, age 58, of Annabella, returned to be with her parents on September 8, 2016 in Provo, Utah, surrounded by her son, daughter and sister. She was born June 24, 1958 in Salt Lake City, a daughter of Jack and Sally Ann Sheild Gentry. Jackie had a wonder sense of humor that she shared with her children, family and friends. She was talented artistically and would always have the best costumes for Halloween - a holiday she loved, and a love she shared with her daughter. Jackie worked for IHC for many years and made many dear friends - everyone who knew Jackie loved her, and she loved them. Jackie is survived by her husband, Don Warren; sister: Linda and Scott Lund; brother: Joe and Linn Gentry; daughter: Jennifer and Dan Slaughter; son: Adam and Mary Day; nieces: Ashley and Brent Linton; Jenn Orton; nephew: James and Chelcie Gentry; and her eleven grandchildren. At Jackie's request, there will be no services held. She will be greatly missed.
