Jan Hansen

Las Vegas, NV/Richfield, Utah - Our kind and loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Janice Rene Eastes Hansen, age 75, of Las Vegas, Nevada, died January 3, 2013. She was born February 8, 1937 in Grand Junction, Colorado, a daughter of Wilburn Rene and Iverne Rachel Warren Eastes. Jan graduated from West High School in Salt Lake City, Utah, Class of 1955. She married Phillip Lee Hansen, from Richfield, Utah, July 22, 1960 in the Manti LDS Temple. He died May 12, 2008. Phil and Jan lived in Richfield until 2003 when the moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. Jan is survived by her children: Leslie and Mark Turner of Orem; Tracy Hansen of Richfield; Kevin and Carrie Hansen of Las Vegas, Nevada; Tony and Kristi Hansen of Santaquin; 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; a brother, Russell and Nancy Eastes of Ogden. Grave side services will be held Saturday, January 12, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. in the Richfield City Cemetery. Friends may call for viewing at Palm Mortuary, 1600 South Jones Boulevard, in Las Vegas, Thursday evening, January 10, 2013 from 5:00 to 7:00P.M. or at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Richfield, Saturday morning from 11:30 to 12:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
