Salina, Utah - Our kind and beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Jeannetta Sorensen Johanson Wayman, age 81, of Salina, died March 20, 2013 in Centerfield, Utah. She was born November 1, 1931 in Redmond, Utah, a daughter of Peter Richard and Ina Maria Petersen Sorensen. She attended North Sevier High School. She married George Ephraim Johanson, November 8, 1948 in Altamont, Utah. They were later divorced. She married Clement Keith Wayman, May 11, 1978 in Lehi, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple October 26, 2002. Jeannetta loved to sew, knit, crochet, quilt and paint. She enjoyed the outdoors and nature. She is survived by her loving husband, Keith, of Salina; children: Ernest John and Jeanine Johanson, Irene Wayman, all of American Fork; Charles and Mona Johanson of Redmond; Charlene Gorecki of Provo; George Allen and Janice Johanson of Salt Lake City; Peter and Christine Johanson of St. George; Frank and Stacey Johanson of Gunnison; 22 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters and one brother: Edith Webb, Evelyn Keele, Hazel Taylor and Richard Sorensen. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 23, 2013 at 12 Noon in the Salina LDS Stake Center, 98 West 400 North in Salina, where friends may call for viewing Saturday morning from 10:00 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Redmond Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
