Richfield, Utah – Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Judy Soleil Clift Garman, age 74, passed away June 21, 2023, in St. George, Utah. She was born March 3, 1949, in East Los Angeles, California, a daughter of Rolland Edward and Fontella West Clift. She grew up in Baldwin Park where she enjoyed skating, table tennis and playing pool. She graduated from Sierra Vista High School, Class of 1967.
Judy married the love of her life, James D. Garman August 27, 1967, in El Monte, California. Together, they made their home in several different parts of California, including Pomona, Azusa, West Covina and then moved to Marysvale, Utah, then to Elsinore and finally settled in Richfield, where they have been for the past 32 years.
Judy is a member of the Richfield Bible Church where she was involved with the Secret Sisters.
She enjoyed crocheting, cake decorating, making candy and sugar Easter Eggs, making Gingerbread houses for Halloween and Christmas, sewing and embroidering.
Judy is survived by her beloved husband, Jim Garman of Richfield; children: Nicole (Darren) Mitchell of Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts; James Garman Jr. of Richfield; and Amanda Garman of Grantsville; 3 grandchildren; siblings: Rod Clift of Woods Cross; Russell (Barbara) Clift of St. George; Susan (Robert) Dalton of Spanish Fork and Sally Conder of Richfield.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Rolland and Fontella Clift, and a brother, James Clift.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 7, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. in the Springer Turner Funeral Home Chapel, 260 North 400 West in Richfield, where friends may call for viewing Thursday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. or Friday morning one hour prior to the services.

Burial will be in the Elsinore Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
