Julious Bleak

Richfield, Utah - Our kind and loving husband, brother, uncle and friend, Julious Penn Bleak, age 84, died November 10, 2005 in Richfield, Utah. He was born February 19, 1921 in Paragonah, Utah, a son of Leonard Wayne and Viola Robb Bleak. Jul served his country during World War II in the United States Army. He worked as a farm hand on the Mills Farm in Monroe, for many years and in the ranching business all his life. He married Anna Jones in April of 1949 in Grand Junction, Colorado and they were later divorced. Jul married his soul mate, Irene Weber in 1965 in Monroe, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple. Jul enjoyed camping, fishing and horse riding. He was a member of the LDS Church. He is survived by his wife, Irene, of Richfield; a brother Fletcher and Helen Bleak of Rifle, Colorado; brothers and sisters-in-law: Della and Eldon Hansen of St. George; Joe and Linda Edwards of California; Dick and Dolly Mae Weber of Aurora, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Fletcher Bleak, a brother, Deward Bleak and a sister, Amanda Willard. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. in the Springer Turner Funeral Home Chapel, 260 North 400 West in Richfield, where friends may call for viewing Monday evening from 6 to 7 P.M. and Tuesday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 prior to the services. Burial with military honors accorded by the VFW Piute Post #7561 will be in the Joseph Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield, Salina and Gunnison, Utah.
