Karlee Lane Jack

November 26, 1991 — June 26, 2010

Neola, Utah - Our beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend, Karlee Lane Jack, age 18, died in a tragic automobile accident on Saturday, June 26, 2010, near Huntsville, in Weber County, Utah along with four of her close friends. She was born November 26, 1991 in Roosevelt, Utah, a daughter of Noland and Denise Brinkerhoff Jack. She graduated from Washington High School in Ogden, Class of 2010. She was a member of the LDS Church. Karlee learned to love the Young Women’s Program, because of the amazing love and diligence of loving leaders. She loved to do the Indian “Fancy Dance”, draw and make great "Hallmark cards". She loved to go shopping, enjoyed music, her friends and staying busy. She was a protector of her little sisters, a little mother to them. She was very friendly and got along with everyone. She was awesome at Dance Revolution and she loved to make blankets. Karlee is survived by her parents, Jason and Denise Yazzie; three sisters: Kelsie Jack, Kayla Jack and Jaden Yazzie; her grandparents: Rollo and Carol Brinkerhoff; Anthony and Jill Yazzie; Alice Nez; great-grandparents, Bliss Brinkerhoff; Garn and Geneve Turner; many aunts and uncles whom she adored; and many cousins whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her father, Noland Jack; her grandfather, Glenn Dell Jack and her great-grandmother, Nina Peterson Brinkerhoff. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 2, 2010 at 12 Noon in the Neola 2nd LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may visit with the family Thursday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. or Friday morning from 10:00 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Roosevelt City Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
