Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt, Karma June Nickle Lund, age 80, passed away in the early morning hours of Friday, September 2, 2016 in Centerfield, Utah. She was born January 10, 1936 in Ephraim, Utah, a daughter of Clement Riley and Lilly Leah Jackson Nickle. She married Phyl Covington Morrill August 29, 1952 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They were later divorced. Phyl passed away May 6, 1992. Karma went to nursing school in Washington and became an LPN. She worked in many different hospitals, clinics and care centers as a nurse. She was the Wayne County Nurse and Wayne School District Nurse for several years, while raising her family in Teasdale. She was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in many different callings throughout her lifetime. Karma enjoyed reading and home decorating. She was always re-arranging her furniture, pictures and accessories. She loved her family, especially her grandkids and great-grandkids. They will miss their Grandma Karma. She is survived by her children: Steve and LaMiya Morrill of Hanksville; Ron and Sherri Morrill of White Rocks; Vance and Elaine Morrill of Grover; Kaye and Allen Marshall of Sandy; Kim and Randy Bradbury of Fremont; Bobbie and David Peterson of Monroe; Doug and Dianne Morrill of Washington; 26 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; sisters and brothers: Darlene Morrill of Hurricane; Clement and Sandy Nickle of Washington; Rick and Sharon Nickle of Aberdeen, Washington; Roland and Chris Nickle of Richmond; Barbara and Frank Hanosek of Bozeman, Montana; Jolynne Weaver of Sandy. She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, Jenna Peterson. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. in the Torrey LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call for viewing Saturday morning from 11:00 to 12:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Grover Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
