Kasie Ann Sorensen

Redmond, Utah - Our kind and loving wife, sister, aunt and friend, Kasie Ann McNinch Sorensen, age 60, of Redmond, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017 in Centerfield, after a brave and valiant battle with cancer. She was born January 25, 1956 in Oakland, California, a daughter of Syl and Donna Lee Fair McNinch Jr. She married James Sorensen, July 20, 1993 in Richfield, Utah. Kasie was a member of the LDS Church. She was extremely active in Alcoholics Anonymous where she worked with, mentored and helped others save themselves. She enjoyed reading, embroidering and most of all, helping others. She enjoyed reading, embroidering and most of all, helping others. Kasie is survived by her husband of Redmond; her parents: Syl and Donna McNinch of Thayne, Wyoming; sisters and brothers: Marilyn and Lee Skinner of Richfield; Shawn McNinch of Salt Lake City; Robert McNinch of Henderson, Nevada; Laurel Keen of Houston, Texas. Grave side services will be held Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. in the Richfield City Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
