Murray/Koosharem, Utah - C. McKay Bagley,age 81, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2014 at his home in Murray, Utah. He was born, April 28, 1932 in Salina, Utah, a sonof Ellis Lynn and Della Elmira Anderson Bagley. Kay grew up in Koosharem, Utah. After graduating from high school, he served in theU.S. Army 4th Infantry Division from 1953 to 1955. He had many fond memories of the time he spent stationed in Germany. He attended Utah State University in Logan, where he met Faun DeLeeuw from Bicknell, Utah. They were married for time and all eternity in the Manti LDS Temple on June 6, 1957. After graduating from Utah State University, Kay worked as an area service manager for Chevrolet and then as the Manager of the GM Training Center in Salt Lake City. After Retiring from General Motors he accepted a faculty position at Weber State, teaching Auto Mechanics. Kay enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, being with his family, and spending time at his home in Koosharem. He is survived by his wife Faun; children: Doug and Andie Bagley; Ann and Scott Hunter; Tammy and Bret Peterson; grandchildren Sammie and Jake Bagley; Kim Hunter Anderson; Tyler, Shayla, Trevin and Kade Peterson. He is also survived by his sister Berta Rickenbach and brother Wells Bagley, as well as many nieces and nephews. Kay was preceded in death by his parents; brother Don Bagley; and sister Colleen Gehrig. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2014at 3:00 P.M. in the Koosharem LDS Ward Chapel where friends may call for a viewing from 1:30 to 2:30 prior to the services. Burial with military honors accorded by the Harold Brown American Legion Post #92 and the Utah Honor Guard will be in the Koosharem Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
