Kevin C. Rowe

Elsinore, Utah - Kevin Claude Rowe, age 60, was called home to join his significant other, Charlette Rowe, on April 29, 2019, just 6 short weeks after Charlotte died. He was born October 23, 1959 in Payson, Utah, the son of Claude and Verde Morrill Rowe. Kevin attended School in Spanish Fork, Utah. He married Charlotte Marie Sandbeck August 28, 1996 in Springville, Utah. Kevin enjoyed camping, fishing, watching TV, going to auctions, telling jokes, and making others laugh. Kevin loved his family very much. Kevin is survived by Charlette's four children: Anna Demine, Coe and Emily Wayman, all of Elsinore; Arnold Wayman, Hope and Gary Nelson, all of Washington; Charlette's 15 grandchildren; and her 1 great grandchild; sisters: Elsie (Roy) Glispy from Mt. Pleasant, Utah and Margaret Prince from Washington. Brother: Ted (Sharon) Rowe from Las Vegas, NV. He is preceded in death by his parents Claude and Verde Rowe; significant other Charlotte Rowe, brother Frank Rowe; sister: Geraldean and Jack Smith; brother-in-law: Alan Prince; niece: Lacey Rowe; and Charlotte's three granddaughters: : Aurora Wayman, Klea Lillian Star Wayman and Aspen Rose Herbert. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. in the Springer Turner Funeral Home Chapel, 260 North 400 West in Richfield.
