Lee Franklin Jones

Lee Franklin Jones, age 61, passed away in the early morning hours of April 3, 2015 in Richfield, of pneumonia. He was born March 9, 1954 in Murray, Utah, a son of Vern Whitney and Ruby Agnus Rowsell Jones. He married Jane Ann Quinn in 1975 and they were later divorced. Lee is survived by his children: Vern Jones, Dorothy Jones, Tammy Jones, and his former wife, Jane Horspool, all of Ogden; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Keith and Lisa Jones, Ken and Pat Jones, all of St. George; Jimmie and Robin Jones of Seattle, Washington; Linda and Mike Earl of Coleville, Washington; Bonnie Herring of Elsinore; Marilyn and LeRoy Loftus, and Rocky Jones, all of Richfield; Donna and Leslie Kip Nielsen of Austin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vern and Ruby Jones; a sister, Carolyn Jones; a brother, Ricky Jones; and a nephew, Larry Mainwood. Private family services were held at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Richfield. His remains have been cremated and burial will take place at a later date in the Redmond Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
