Mamie Billington

Centerfield, Utah - Our beloved wife, sister and aunt, Mamie Grace Keyes Billington, age 74, of Centerfield, passed away July 29, 2018 in Gunnison. She was born November 2, 1943 in Coalville, Utah, a daughter of Alma Lee and Grace Elizabeth Williams Keyes. She married Kenneth LeRoy Billington January 6, 1979 in Henefer, Utah. Mamie had recently became active in the LDS Church and loved her ward members and neighbors and the people of Centerfield. She considered them her family. She also had a special way with animals and loved them all, especially her dog, Jack. Mamie is survived by her husband, Kenny Billington of Centerfield; her siblings: Lamar and Janett Keyes of Sunset; Don and Clifta Keyes of Kamas, Delores and Harold Ovard of Wanship; numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; and siblings: Fawn Rasmussen, Clarence Keyes and Luann Keyes. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. in the Axtell Cemetery. Friends may call for viewing at the Axtell LDS Ward Chapel, Wednesday morning from 11:30 to 12:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Axtell Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah. In lieu of flowers, donations to help with final expenses would be appreciated.
