Mary Casto Keisel

Richfield, Utah – Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, Mary Luzena Casto Keisel, age 92, passed away March 15, 2022 in Monroe, Utah. She was born October 26, 1929 in Salina, a daughter of Rudolph and Ruby Jensen Casto. She married Lewis George Keisel in Ely, Nevada. He died March 29, 1961. She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she taught Primary. Mary was a very unique and caring person. She lived life like there was no tomorrow. She was always helping anyone in need. She enjoyed reading and watching old-time western movies, walking and visiting with people, baking cookies for all her kids and grandkids, and camping. She loved the outdoors. We'd like to thank Monroe Canyon Assisted Living and Zion's Way Home Health and Hospice for the love and care that they gave our mom. Our mother will be deeply missed but kept in our memories and hearts forever. We love you Mom. Mary is survived by her children: Tony and Laura Keisel of Magna; Tamra Lee and Ronald Delgado, and Paul Keisel, all of Monroe; Brenda and Billy Williams of Buckeye, Arizona; Merilee Keisel of Nampa, Idaho; Jason and Jaimee Hansen of Mayfield; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded by her parents; her husband; a daughter, Paula Keisel and all of her siblings. Burial will take place at a later date in the Manti Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
