Mary Irmen

Richfield, Utah - Our beloved mother, grandmother and sister, Mary Ann Lindvay Irmen, age 79, of Richfield, died May 29, 2007 in Richfield. She was born April 27, 1928 in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Mike and Mary Lindvaey Lindvay. She married Roman Bernard Irmen in June of 1947 and he died. She married John Vest in 1968 in Salem, Oregon and they were later divorced. Mary received her Adult Education Diploma in April of 1983 and in May of 1983 she received a diploma in Food Services from the Sevier Valley Tech in Richfield. Mary was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Richfield, where she was involved in the Boys and Girls Missionary Crusade teaching the importance of boys and girls giving and helping missionaries. She was always helping to clean the church. Mary loved fishing. She is survived by her three children: Helen Dilkes of Salem, Oregon; Amy Housley of Oregon City, Oregon and Steven Irmen of Sandy, Oregon; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Michael Lindvay and Joseph Lindvay, both of Pennsylvania. Memorial services were held at the Richfield Assembly of God Church on Friday, June 2, with Pastor Willard Coleman officiating. Burial was in the Monroe City Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield, Salina and Gunnison, Utah.
