Matthew Keith Dowsett

Joseph, Utah - In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Matthew. He passed away peacefully following a sudden brain aneurysm on November 1, 2015 in Provo, Utah. Matthew was born October 28, 1971 in Salt Lake City, Utah, a son of Kelly Charles and Susan Lorraine Bangerter Dowsett. Matthew had a great love of books with an insatiable thirst for knowledge and computers. He loved camping and spending time with family and his many friends. He loved music and always had a deep love for animals. Matthew leaves behind his mother, Susan Lorraine Dowsett of Joseph; a brother, Christian Lee Dowsett of Joseph; a sister, Holle Anne and Matthew Forster of West Jordan; three nieces, two nephews, and a great-nephew, all of West Jordan; grandfather, Keith Bangerter of Nampa, Idaho; two aunts, Janice and Matt Daniel, Cheryl Bangerter, all of Nampa, Idaho; uncles, Terry and Sherrie Bangerter of West Valley City; Michael and Christine Bangerter of Cottonwood Heights. He is preceded in death by his father, Kelly Charles Dowsett; maternal grandmother, Norma Jean Holle Bangerter; paternal grandmother, Marjorie Forcade Dowsett; grandfather, Leland H. Dowsett; and his great-grandparents. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 1:00 PM in the Elsinore LDS Chapel located at 75 North Center Street, Elsinore, Utah, where friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the services. The family would like to extend an invitation to come and participate in the Celebration of Life in loving memory of Matthew Dowsett.
