Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple, September 9, 1978. Max started working for Labrum Ford in Richfield and then became an insurance agent for State Farm Insurance Company, a position he held for 29 years. He loved his work and thoroughly enjoyed working with people. Dad was very avid in horse racing in the most recent years and found a lot of success. During this past Memorial Day weekend, he was in Prescott, Arizona watching his horse, Johnny Gates, (named after one of the Albrecht family’s childhood horses) race to a win at the Yavapai Downs.
