Naomi L. Stoker

August 21, 1945 — March 2, 2024

Richfield, Utah – Our devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Lila Naomi Langford Stoker, age 78 of Richfield passed away March 2, 2024, surrounded by family in Richfield.


She was born August 21, 1945, in Salina, Utah to Richard Selden and Geneva Ludell Hatch Langford. She spent her childhood working in the little brown store in Richfield, pinenut hunting and many camping trips around Utah and Nevada.


She married Roger L. Stoker on November 27, 1970, in Richfield. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple November 10, 1979. He preceded her in death November 30, 2015.


Naomi was a devoted member of the LDS faith, serving in many callings, including homemaking leader in the Relief Society, ward librarian and Primary Teacher.


She was a talented seamstress sewing clothes for her 3 girls when they were young. When her kids were older, she went to work for herself as a Cosmetologist, making many ladies beautiful at her salon “Foxy Locks”. She retired in 2010.


She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, putting puzzles together and reading.


Naomi is survived by her 6 kids: Richard (Lori) Stoker, Angela (Kirk) Payne, Joyce (Joe) Kunz, Deanna Stoker, David (Sheradee) Stoker, Wayne (Chandra) Stoker, 10 grandkids and 5 great-grandkids.


She is preceded in death by her husband Roger; her parents, Selden and Geneva Langford; and her siblings, Leola Rae Montague, Evelyn Chow and Arland R. Langford.


Funeral services will be held Friday, March 8, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. in the Richfield East LDS Stake Center, 805 North 500 East in Richfield. Friends may call for viewing at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Richfield, Thursday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. or at the Richfield East Stake Center Friday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 prior to services.
