Noel Fullmer

December 22, 1973 — July 25, 2016

LaVerkin/Salina, Utah - Our beautiful wife, mother, daughter, sister, auntie, niece, cousin and friend, Cloma Noel Haskins Fullmer, age 42, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on July 25, 2016 at her home in LaVerkin, after a valiant 6 year fight with breast cancer. Her courageous battle was an inspiration. She tried everything offered to try to be here for her little family. She never lost her sense of humor and always put others needs before her own, especially her sweet children. Noel was born December 22, 1973, in Gunnison, Utah, a daughter of James and Cloma LaRee Woolsey Haskins. She graduated from North Sevier High School where she was a proud member of the Uniques. She obtained her Associate of Science Degree from Snow College in 2006. Noel married her forever sweetheart, Shane Roland Fullmer, August 26, 1995 in Salina, Utah. She was the wonderful mother of two beautiful children, Sydney and Wyatt. They were her life. Noel was employed as a Chiropractic Assistant at Coral Canyon Chiropractic, a job she loved. Dr. Carr and the staff were like family. Noel loved spending time with her family and friends. She loved camping, hiking, four wheeling, and backyard barbeques. She loved animals and has rescued quite a few, making certain they lived a happy life. She was a huge fan of NASCAR. Noel is survived by her loving husband, Shane, her daughter, Sydney, age 10 and her son, Wyatt, age 7, all of LaVerkin; her father, James Haskins of Salina; her siblings: Virginia and Bryan Stewart, Sue and Fred St. Pierre, all of Aurora; James J. Haskins of Salina; many nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly; her father-in-law: Almon and Debra Fullmer of Gunnison; Mother-in-law: Dian Risenhoover of Cortez, Colorado; brothers and sisters-in-law: Shannon Fullmer, Sherri and Don Asincar, all of Mancos, Colorado; Teresa and Dennis Dutson of Delta; Cristine and Josh Guntert of Denver, Colorado, and Cole Wesley Fullmer of Gunnison. She was preceded in death by her mother, Clomas Haskins and a sister, Cheryl Huntsman. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 12 Noon in the Salina LDS Stake Center, where friends may call for viewing Saturday morning from 9:30 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Salina Eastside Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
