Nola Mae Nay

August 29, 1930 — December 7, 2012

Gunnison, Utah - Our kind and beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Nola Mae Rosenlund Nay, age 82, passed away December 7, 2012 in Centerfield, Utah. Nola was born August 29, 1930 in Gunnison, Utah to Irven and Myrtle Kearns Rosenlund. She graduated from Gunnison Valley High School. She married LeEarl Nay January 12, 1949 in Manti, Utah. Later sealed in the Manti Temple. She was a cook in the Murray School District for over 20 years. She served in the Primary for over 20 years, was the funeral committee chairperson for several years. She was a member of the Daughter of the Utah Pioneers. Nola is survived by her husband, LeEarl, of Gunnison; son Gerald and Janelle Nay of Gunnison; daughter Debra and Paul Bagley of Riverton; daughter in law Leeann Nay of Provo; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and son Robert Nay. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at 12:00 Noon in the Gunnison LDS Stake Center, where friends may call for viewing Wednesday morning from 10:00 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial in the Gunnison City Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
