Hanksville, Utah - Our kind and loving wife, mother, step-mother, sister and friend, Patricia Dee Cordes Finkelstein Bahr, age 67, passed away August 29, 2018 in Price, Utah. She was born April 24, 1951 in Salt Lake City, Utah, a daughter of Wilton Arthur and Betty Dee Covington Cordes. She graduated from West High School, Class of 1969. She married Bradley Ray Finkelstein in Paris, Idaho. They had one son, Jacob. They were later divorced. She married Edward A. Bahr November 18, 2017 in Hanksville, Utah. Pat was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she was very active in the Cub Scouts and Boy Scout Programs. She was instrumental in many young men receiving their Eagle Scout Awards. Pat has lived in Hanksville for the past 20 years, where she has worked in various establishments and became a vital part of the community. She enjoyed fishing, camping and riding four wheelers. Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Ed, of Hanksville; her son, Jacob and his wife, Lindsay of St. George; step-children: Summer and Scott Cook of Salt Lake City; Anthony Finkelstein and Lacey Finkelstein, both of Kearns; Mikayla Bahr of Centerfield; Jake Bahr of Hanksville; 1 grandson, Adrian Younger of Centerfield; sisters and brother: Virginia Ann and Irv Eastham of Sandy; Steven Arthur Cordes of Hanksville; and Susan Cordes of Elsinore. She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilton Arthur and Betty Dee Cordes; and a sister, Sandra Lyn Christensen. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. in the Hanksville LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call for viewing Wednesday morning from 11:00 to 12:30 prior to the services. Burial will take place at a later date under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
