Raedean J. Woodside

RaeDean Woodside Salina, Utah - Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, RaeDean Jensen Woodside, age 79, of Salina, passed way December 6, 2003 in Richfield, Utah after suffering from a long illness. She was born February 17, 1924 in Salina, Utah, a daughter of Richard Ray and Mary K. Peterson Jensen. She graduated from North Sevier High Schoool and later married Charles L. Woodside, September 18, 1945 in Elko, Nevada. RaeDean loved her work and the people she worked with at Mom’s Café in Salina. She worked at Mom’s until September of 2000 at which time she suffered a stroke and was no longer able to work. She had a lot of friends and loved to help anyone she could. RaeDean was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all, we love you Mom. RaeDean is survived by her children: Thomas W. Woodside, Salina and his ex-wife, Vicky Woodside, Las Vegas, NV; Charles R. and Debbie Woodside, Salina; step-children: Sharl and Alan Karph, Salt Lake City; Warren and Betty Woodside, Manti; Nancy and Jim Jacobson, Moroni; grandchildren: Natasha, Joshua, Brandan, Corbin and Alisha; great-grandchild: Domonique; sister and brother: Sena Faldmo, Richard and carol Jensen, all of Salt Lake City. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two sisters: Violet Myrle Madsen and Babe Sophronia Gilbert Bagshaw Richards. Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 11,2003 at 12 Noon in the Salina Pioneer Cemetery. Friends may call for viewing at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Salina, Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and again Thursday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Salina Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield, Salina and Gunnison, Utah.
