Shirley Ann Horrigan

Mayfield, Utah - Our beloved, Shirley Ann Horrigan, age 73, passed away March 9, 2016 in Gunnison, Utah. She was born December 28, 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah, a daughter of Victor Joseph and Alita Clarice Hewett Branting. She married Joe Patenaude, and they had two sons. They were later divorced. She married John Horrigan in California. He died. She was a member of the LDS Church. Shirley was very talented in most everything she did. She will be missed. Shirley is survived by a son, Michael Patenaude of California; sister and brothers: Janet Piep and Jerry Strasburg, both of Mayfield; Steve Perry of Magna and Richard Perry of Sandy; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Victor Patenaude; two sisters: Nan Haney and Rhonda Berrett; and her mother, Clarice Strasburg. Memorial services were held at the family home in Mayfield. Shirley's remains were donated to the Body Donor Program at the University of Utah, to aid in the education of doctors and nurses.
