Tara Riley Larsen

Loa, Utah - Tara Riley Larsen, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on October 26, 2024, at the age of 30, in Cedar City, Utah. She was born on December 15, 1993, to Gaylen and Ramona Larsen, in St. George, Utah. 

Tara faced life's challenges with courage and resilience, emerging stronger from every trial. She brought joy to the lives of her nieces and nephews, often found playing and laughing with them. Her love for Mountain Dew was legendary. Tara’s faith was a guiding light. She served a dedicated mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she touched countless lives with her kindness and spirit. 

Growing up on a dairy farm alongside her siblings, Tara developed a deep appreciation for the simple pleasures of life and the hard work it takes to build a strong foundation. 

Tara will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Her memory will forever be cherished. 

Tara is survived by her parents Gaylen and Ramona Larsen; siblings: Nathan Parks, Kesha Larsen, Jason and Devyn Larsen; nephews: Shad Parks, Ryder Larsen; nieces: Alexis Parks, Brynlee Larsen, Molly Larsen, Gracie Larsen, Leni Larsen; Grandma Marcene Larsen.

She is preceded in death by Grandparents: Leonard and Rowena Parks, and Bernard Larsen. 

In honor of Tara's life, graveside services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, November 9, 2024, in the Loa Cemetery, under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Homes of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
