Theresa S. Bosshardt

Redmond, Utah - Our kind and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend, Theresa Shirece Hone Bosshardt, age 28, died August 13, 2006 in Gunnison, Utah, after a brave and valiant battle with cancer. She was born November 10, 1977 in Gunnison, Utah, a daughter of Bruce Verden and Shirece Crane Hone. Theresa graduated from North Sevier High School, Class of 1996 and she attended Snow College in Ephraim. She married Kasey J. Bosshardt, November 13, 1999 in Salina, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple March 7, 2003. Theresa was an active member of the LDS Church, serving as a Visiting Teacher, in the Young Women’s Organization and Primary Pianist. She was active in 4-H and participated in the Relay For Life. She enjoyed scrapbooking, jeeping, camping, 4-wheeling, gardening, her family, playing the piano and she loved working for Dr. Barry Sorenson in his dentist office. Theresa really enjoyed the Fight for Life Benefit that was held in her behalf last Friday night at the North Sevier High School Football Field. The family thanks and appreciated everyone that participated. She is survived by her husband and son, Kasey J. and Riley K. Bosshardt, both of Redmond; parents: Bruce Hone of Centerfield; Shirece and Alvin Owens of Salina; brothers and sisters: Trenton and Alicia Hone of Salina; Tanelle and Christopher Buterbaugh of Ogden; Madilyn Hone of Centerfield; Amorie Ann Owens, Marisa Lin Owens and her son, Evan Shebaugh, and Errick Dean Owens, all of Tuscon, Arizona; parents-in-law: Susan (Larry Bosshardt, deceased) and Gary Carlisle of Redmond; brothers-in-law: Kurt and SueAnn Bosshardt and their son, Kyson,of Salina; Mark Bosshardt and daughters, Channing and Tayli; Charles Bosshardt; Kevin Bosshardt; Tyler Carlisle and Trevor Carlisle, all of Redmond; grandparents: Clayton and Virginia Crane of Salina; Verden (Lorena Fern, deceased) Hone of Centerfield; Leween (Burton, deceased) Allred of Salina; Milo and June Bosshardt of Redmond; Ivan and Maxine Carlisle of Richfield; Pearl and Seth Owens of Fountain Green. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 17, 2006 at 12 Noon in the Redmond 2nd LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call for viewing Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. or Thursday morning from 10:00 to 11:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Redmond Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield, Salina and Gunnison, Utah.
